There are 89 Free Blasters. You can use each of them once every 89 minutes. For example, submit to #1 and then you can't use #1 for 89 minutes, so go submit to #2 and then you can't use #2 for 89 minutes and so on and so on. When you finish with blaster #89 then you circle back to the begining.
